WF_Clipper is a luminance level clipper.

- Black Clipping level sets the minimum luminance value.
- Black Soft Clipping is used in Soft Clipping mode, it sets the compression for low levels.
- White Clipping level sets the maximum luminance value.
- White Soft Clipping is used in Soft Clipping mode, it sets the compression for high levels.
